Christchurch Methodist Mission
The Christchurch Methodist Mission (CMM) is one of the largest social service providers in the Upper South Island, providing support to tamariki, rangatahi, whānau and older persons across a wide range of services.
As a community housing provider CMM is observing an increasing number of older persons in housing distress, unable to find safe, secure or accessible housing.

At CMM, we know that when done well, affordable and appropriate housing within a village or community setting offers so much more than just shelter—vital as that is.
At our Wesley Village with over 70 affordable homes, and Whare Tiaki, our shared-living home for kaumātua Māori, we see every day how neighbours build strong connections and how this sense of community fosters greater wellbeing.
